摘　　要：国家卫生部号召开展"优质护理服务示范工程",收到很大成效。院长们转变观念,从不理解、消极、观望、被动开展到深刻理解、积极主动地开展优质护理服务,患者从中感受到医改的成效,感受到护理对临床症状的观察,对疾病康复起着至关重要的作用。"优质护理服务示范工程",将改变我国落后的功能制护理模式,建立起以患者为中心的责任制整体护理的模式。High quality care demonstration project called on by the Ministry of Health achieves great effects.It helps the hospital directors change their ideas from passively carrying out to actively implementing high quality care.It helps patients experience the effectiveness of medical reform and the advantage of comprehensive care.High quality care demonstration project will change the care model of function system and set up patient-centered responsibility system in China.
