摘　　要：目的:确定临床路径设计与应用难点、原因及解决办法。方法:通过与临床医生及医疗管理人员的访谈,了解临床路径应用中信息集成不足或失真的解决方案,建立以知识共享为基础的临床信息集成和临床路径应用软件,并推荐临床路径分析方案。结论:基于知识的临床路径信息应用和临床路径管理是进行临床路径设计的较好选择。Objetives： Determine the reasons for inappropriate application of the clinical pathway design in hospitals. Methods： Interviews have been used to ascertain why the use of a clinical pathway design be ineffective. We also used Knowledge-based management to set up the Knowledge-based clinical pathway. Conclusion： The application of knowledge management base clinical pathway design is recommended.
