摘  要:融合了时栅传感器测量技术的高精度时栅分度转台,在实际应用过程中出现了因定位精度高,人工很难一次性准确分度定位。针对该问题,利用高性价比的ARM嵌入式处理器,设计开发了一套基于时栅分度转台的自动分度定位控制系统。该系统采用步进电机作为驱动装置,利用转台中嵌入的高精度时栅角位移传感器的角位移测量数据作为反馈,构成闭环控制,采用分段控制、逐步逼近的控制算法,达到高速、高精度分度定位的目的。实际应用表明:该控制系统的分度定位精度达到±2″。The high precision time grating rotary table was used in the machining indexing.But it is generally difficult to use the time grating worktable to index accurately by turning the handwheel of rotary table in second scale,and it is necessary to adjust and index in the process.It has great influence on the work efficiency.For solving the problem,one time grating NC rotary table system was designed and developed with the high advanced embedded processor ARM.The step motor is the driving equipment,and the angular measuring data from the high precision time grating sensor embedded in the rotary table was used as the feed control information to construct one closed-loop control system.The control algorithm of segmentation control and successive approximation was used to index high precision and high speed in the closed-loop control system.The application conforms that the indexing precision of the control system reaches ±2″.
