摘　　要：本文针对电子信息科学与工程类专业建设，分别从人才培养目标与专业建设思路、师资队伍建设尤其是青年教师培养、课程建设和学生科技创新能力培养等方面的思路和做法进行了深入的分析和讨论。The construction of technology and application of electronic information technology speciality is focused in this paper. The concrete details are paid attention on the eduction goal, the thought on speciality construction, the construction of teaching stength especially the cultivation of young teachers, the improvement of course system, and the student＇s ability of technology innovation.
