摘　　要：科学发展观的提出,赋予了马克思主义发展观以新的时代内涵和实践要求,开辟了马克思主义发展观的新境界,是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观的最新成果。The Scientific Out Look on Development has granted some new connotation of times and new practical requirements to Marxist social development theory.It has opened up a new state of the Marxist concept of development and is the latest results of the development of Marxism.
