摘 要:以叶绿素a、藻类密度表征水体藻类含量,通过静态试验,研究风车草(Cyperus alternifolius)、菖蒲(Acorus calamus)和富贵竹(Dracaena sanderiana)3种浮床植物系统对富营养化水体中藻类的抑制效果.结果表明:风车草、菖蒲和富贵竹对叶绿素a的平均抑制率分别为42.6%,36.7%和18.7%,对藻类密度的平均抑制率分别为45.4%,39.9%和23.3%;3种浮床植物系统对叶绿素a、藻类密度的抑制效果与空白对照组对比存在显著差异(P<0.05).风车草对蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻和铜绿微囊藻的平均抑制率分别40.1%,24.8%,32.3%和29.8%;而菖蒲则分别为38.2%,34.2%,30.1%和27.6%.Using chlorophyll-a and algae density to quantify algae,the algae inhibitory effects by floating-bed plant systems of Cyperus alternifolius,Acorus calamus and Dracaena sanderiana in eutrophic water were investigated through static experiment.Results show that the average inhibitory rates of chlorophyll-a by three plants are 42.6%,36.7% and 18.7% respectively,and the average inhibitory rates of algae density are 45.4%,39.9% and 23.3% respectively.The algae inhibitory effects of the floating-bed systems in chlorophyll-a and algae density are significantly different(P0.05) for three plants and the blank control.The average inhibitory rates of cyanophyta,green algae,diatom and Microcystis aeruginosa by Cyperus alternifolius are 40.1%,24.8%,32.3% and 29.8% respectively,and these by Acorus calamus are 38.2%,34.2%,30.1% and 27.6% respectively.
