摘　　要：当前领导干部培训模式的问题为培训课程设置与转型期领导干部培养要求不相符。改进领导干部培训模式的对策有:加强重大理论与实际热点问题的研究;推进教学创新,提高领导干部的培训质量;强化学科建设,突出重点;实施"人才强校"战略,优化教学与科研队伍。The problem at present in the cadre training model is that the training curriculum does not comply with the cultivation requirements of cadres in transitional period.Measures to improve the training model are as follows： enhance the study of important theory and hot practical issues,boost teaching innovation to improve the training quality of cadres,strengthen discipline construction and highlight the key points,and implement the strategy of ＂strengthening school through talents＂ to optimize teaching and scientific research teams.
