摘 要:目的 :研究乳腺腺病与乳腺癌发生的关系。方法 :应用图象分析仪对 4 9例乳腺腺病、4 1例乳腺癌、6例正常乳腺组织进行DNA测定及利用胶银染色法进行AgNOR检测。 结果 :a .Ⅱ级腺病 (伴异型增生 )及乳腺癌的AgNOR数目明显多于Ⅰ级腺病 (不伴异型增生 ) ,Ⅱ级腺病与乳腺癌AgNOR的数目有部分重叠 ,且其大小、形态及分布亦相似于乳腺癌。b .Ⅰ、Ⅱ级腺病及乳腺癌的DNA含量具有显著差异。与Ⅰ级腺病相比 ,Ⅱ级腺病DNA含量明显增加 ,且有异倍体细胞出现。结论 :AgNOR数目及DNA含量的检测 ,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级腺病的判定及Ⅱ级腺病与乳腺癌关系的研究中具有重要意义。对AgNOR数目增多及DNA含量增加的腺病 ,应警惕其癌变的可能。Objective: To study the pathogenetic relationship of the breast adnosis and carcinoma. Methods: DNA contents and AgNOR numbers of 6 normal breast tissues, 49 breast adenoses and 41 breast carcinomas were evaluated by means of image analysis system and argyrophilic technique. Results: a. The numbers of AgNOR for adenosis Ⅱ(with atypical hyperplasia) were greater than that of adenosis Ⅰ (without atypical hyperplasia). The numbers of AgNOR were much higher in the breast carcinoma. There was an overlap of the nuclear AgNOR count between the adenosis Ⅱ and the carcinomas. The size, shape and distribution of AgNOR `dots' for the adenosis Ⅱ were also similar to that for the carcinomas. b.DNA content were significantly different among adenoses Ⅰ,Ⅱ and breast carcinomas. In some adenosis Ⅱ the content of DNA increased obviously. Conclusion: AgNOR counting and DNA content measuring are significant for discriminating adenosis Ⅰ from adenosis Ⅱ and for studying the relationship between adenosis Ⅱ and breast carcinoma. If we find that the numbers of AgNOR and DNA content increase in some adenosis, we should be aware of the possibility of malignant transformation.
