摘  要:微博作为图书馆公关的新平台,具有匿名性、自媒体特点,在给图书馆带来挑战的同时,也是图书馆应对挑战的有利工具。2011年初,杭州图书馆因一条微博而被称为"史上最温暖图书馆",馆长褚树青则获得"最感人馆长"等盛赞。此条微博引发了社会各界人士的广泛关注,杭州图书馆也对此作出积极回应,其及时、有效的公关活动宣扬了图书馆服务理念,树立了良好的公共形象,促进了图书馆社会功能的拓展。As a new platform for library public relation activities, microblog has characteristics of anonymity and we-media. Microblog brings challenges to libraries, and it is also a useful tool for libraries to meet challenges. Early 2011, due to a microblog, Hangzhou Library was known as "the warmest library in the history", and the curator Chu Shuqing was praised as "the most moving curator". The "Microblog Event" causes widespread concern in the community. Hangzhou Library responds to the event positively, its timely and effective public relation activities publicize the library service idea, establish a good public image, and expand the social function of libraries.
