摘　　要：目的探讨原发性心电疾病患者与家系成员的健康管理并分析其效果。方法自2003年8月以来收集12例原发性心电疾病患者,对12个家系中共40个成员进行详细的体格检查、心电图、心脏超声检查。通过讲座、分发资料等多种方式进行健康管理,并对其效果进行调查。结果 12个家系中40个成员最后诊断Bmgada综合征8例,长QT综合征3例,特发性室颤1例。健康教育后,患者与家系成员对原发性心电疾病的认识,对坚持治疗和定期复查的重要性,对基础心脏复苏的掌握,应避免的生活方式,应避免使用的药物及定期复查电解质的知晓率,与健康教育前相比均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义。结论对原发性心电疾病患者与家系成员进行健康管理,可能有助于降低晕厥和猝死的发生。[Objective]To investigate the health management in patients with primary electric diseases and their family members,analyze its effect.[Methods]12 patients with primary electric diseases were collected since August 2003,physical examination,electrocardiogram and echocardiogram were conducted in 40 members of 12 families.Health management which included holding lecture and distributing information were carried out,and the effect was investigated.[Results]Among 40 members of 12 families,there were 8 cases of Brugada syndrome,3 cases of long QT syndrome and 1 case of idiopathic ventricular fibrillation.After health education,the cognition of primary electric diseases,the importance of insisting on treatment and examination regularly,mastering of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,awareness rate of knowledge about life style and drugs that should be avoided,reexamination of electrolyte regularly among patients and their family members was improved than that before health education significantly.[Conclusion]Health management in patients with primary electric diseases and their family members may help to reduce the incidence of syncope and sudden death.
