摘　　要：根据拖拉机动力换挡变速箱试验要求,设计了大型拖拉机动力换挡变速箱试验台。设计了装夹装置、驱动装置、加载装置及其能量回馈系统,开发了电子控制单元和电子测量系统。试验结果表明:试验台功率大,达250 kW;实现了能量闭环回馈,重载工况下的节能率高达80%;检测系统功能全,能检测驱动和加载电动机转矩、转速、液压系统压力和流量等16个信号。试验台运行平稳,达到设计要求。According to the testing requirements of tractor power shift transmission,a power shift transmission test bed for large-scale tractor was designed.The power shift transmission,drive motor,loading motor and energy feedback system were designed.The electronic control unit and electronic measurement system were developed.The overall scheme of tests for power shift transmission was determined and tested.The test results showed that the power of proposed test bed was up to 250 kW.A closed-loop feedback of energy was achieved thus energy-saving rate in overload operating conditions reached to 80%.The input speed and torque,output speed and torque,hydraulic system flow and pressure could be tested with the system.The test bed was operated steadily and could meet the design requirements.
