摘　　要：以PC机作为上位监控机,双容水箱系统作为被控对象,采用研华MIC-2000系列工控机及其板卡为系统硬件,基于Windows CE.net 6.0嵌入式实时操作系统开发DCS监控系统。系统在OPC技术规范之上利用工业组态软件"组态王"设计人机界面,通过Internet实现上位机与现场控制站的信息交互,同时加入PID控制算法实现了系统闭环运行。DCS monitoring system is developed based on Windows CE.net 6.0 embedded real-time operating system.PC is used as the upper monitor machine,double let water tank system is used as the plant,and the system hardware is formed by YANHUA MIC-2000 series industrial PC together with boards.The closed-loop system operation is achieved through the combined use of designing human-machine interface by industrial configuration software ＂KingView＂ based on OPC specification,realizing information interaction between PC and the field control station through the Internet,and PID control algorithm.
