抑郁症患者儿童期不良家庭环境与人格的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解抑郁症患者儿童期家庭环境与其人格形成的相关关系。方法使用儿童期不良家庭环境调查表、艾森克人格测验(EPQ)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对就诊于山西医科大学第一附属临床医院门诊的442例抑郁症患者进行现场调查。结果①父母亲密程度不同,其母子、父子关系存在显著差异F1=5.250,F2=6.408,两者P<0.001;②是否存在家庭暴力在母子关系、父子关系间分别存在显著差异,t1=-5.116,P1=0.000,t2=-3.147,P2=0.002。家庭暴力造成心理"轻度伤害"者亲子关系得分显著低于"几乎没有伤害"者,P母1=0.039,P父1=0.006;"中度伤害"者得分显著低于"几乎没有伤害,"P母2=0.000,P父2=0.003;③不良家庭环境与人格维度中精神质、神经质评分存在相关性,R母-精=-0.179、R父-精=-0.160、R母-神=-0.121、R父-神=-0.199,P<0.01。结论应重视父母关系紧张和家庭暴力导致的儿童期不良家庭环境对患者造成心理伤害的研究。Objective To understand the relevant relationship between childhood home environment and personality forming of depression patients.Methods Using questionnaires of bad childhood family environment,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） and Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） to test 442 cases of patients with depression in the outpatient of shanxi medical university.Results ①Parents,intimate degrees were different,mother-child relationship and father-child relationship were significantly differenct（F1=5.250,F2=6.408;P0.001）.②On whether family violence existed in,mother-child relationship and father-child relationship showed significant differences（t1=-5.116,P1=0.000;t2=-3.147,P2=0.002）.The patients who claimed ＂mildly mental damage caused by family violence＂ got parent-child relationship score significantly lower than those who claimed ＂almost no harm＂（PM1=0.039,PF1=0.006）;the patients who claimed ＂Moderate mental damage＂ scored significantly lower than those who claimed ＂almost no harm＂（PM2=0.000,PF2=0.003）.③In poor childhood family environment and personality,psychoticism significantly related to neuroticism（RM-P=-0.179,RF-P=-0.160;RM-N=-0.121,RF-N=-0.199;P0.01）.Conclusion We should attach importance to the studies of parents relationship,and psychological damage caused by family violence in childhood home environment.
