摘 要:对我国大中型工业企业技术改造和技术获取投入效率进行了研究。首先,运用指标分析法对我国大中型工业企业技术改造和技术获取投入强度变化特点进行了分析;其次,运用DEA模型测度了技术改造和获取投入效率。结果显示,我国大中型工业企业的技术对外依存度有下降趋势;我国省域大中型工业企业技术改造和获取投入效率普遍较低。这表明一方面我国大中型工业企业自主创新投入在不断增加,另一方面我国大中型工业企业技术获取消化吸收及创新的能力尚不强。如何通过获取技术达到自主创新仍是我国大中型工业企业所要解决的根本问题。The input efficiency of technical renovation and technology acquisition in Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is studied.First,with an index analysis,the characteristics of input-intensity change in technical renovation and technology acquisition for Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are discussed.Next,the input efficiency of technology acquisition is measured with a DEA model.The results show that the dependency of Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises on foreign technology appears a descending trend.The input efficiency of technology acquisition for large and medium-sized industrial enterprises by region is rather low in general.It indicates that the investment in independent innovation for Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is continuously increasing.On the other hand,the ability of technology acquisition,absorption,digestion,and innovation is not strong.How to achieve independent innovation by acquiring technology is still an essential problem for Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises to solve.
