中西医结合治疗急性胆原性胰腺炎35例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性胆原性胰腺炎疗效。[方法]观察60例,治疗组35例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组25例,每日输液2500mL,并静滴头孢霉素、甲硝唑等。[结果]治疗后体温降到正常、腹痛消失时间及血尿淀粉酶恢复正常所需天数治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]急性胆原性胰腺炎中西医结合治疗优于单纯西医疗法。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of treating acute gallstone pancreatitis in the integrative medicine.[Methods]Treating 60 cases,35 cases of TCM-WM treatment（treatment group）,25 patients（control group）.Yue Ju Wan treatment group as the basic side,the control group daily infusion 2500mL,and intravenous cefotaxime,metronidazole.[Results]The temperature dropped to normal after treatment,abdominal pain and hematuria amylase of time normally required number of days the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Integrated Traditional and Western treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis better than western medicine.
