中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳转阴34例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医治疗消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳转阴的疗效。[方法]68例随机分为治疗组、对照组各34例。治疗组给予胶体铋2粒,日2次配合中药汤剂。对照组给予胶体铋2粒,阿莫西林250mg,日2次,疗程1周。[结果]1周末、8周末、6个月末治疗组、对照组检验结果分别为3、4、9例(阳性)2、3、8例(阴性)。[结论]中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳转阴疗效满意。[Objective] To observe the effect of treating peptic ulcer HP transform from yang to yin in the integrative medicine.[Method] 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 34 cases.The treatment group received colloidal bismuth 2,2 times with the decoction of Chinese medicine.Colloidal bismuth control group received 2 capsules,amoxicillin 250mg,2 times daily for 1 week.[Results]1 week,8 week,6 the end of the treatment group and control group respectively,3,4,9 patients test results（positive） 2,3,8 cases（negative）.[Conclusion] Integrative Medicine Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer negative results were satisfactory.
