摘　　要：[目的]了解镇江市犬狂犬病病毒感染状况,为防制狂犬病提供科学依据。[方法]2008年12月和2009年3月,分别在镇江市的丹阳市、丹徒区,选择本地群众所豢养的外观健康家犬52只,采取犬脑组织,采用直接免疫荧光法检测狂犬病病毒抗原。[结果]检测52份犬脑组织标本,狂犬病病毒抗原阳性的6份,感染率为11.54%,其中丹阳市、丹徒区感染率分别为6.67%、18.18%(P>0.05),雄性、雌性犬只感染率分别为12.00%、11.11%(P>0.05)。[结论]镇江市家犬狂犬病病毒感染率较高。[Objective]To understand the situation of dog rabies in Zhenjiang city,so as to provide scientific basis for rabies control and prevention.[Methods]52 dog＇s brain specimens were collected in Dan yang county and Dantu district in December 2008 and March 2009,and detected by direct immunofluorescence assay（DFA） method.[Results]A total of 52 specimens were tested,six specimens were positive in rebies virus antigen,and the infection rate of dog rabies was 11.54%.The rate was 6.67% and 18.18% in Danyang county and Dantu district respectively.The infection rate was 12.00% and 11.11% in male and female dogs respectively.（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The infection rate of dog rabies is high in Zhenjiang city.
