DSA透视下射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛

摘　　要：目的探讨DSA透视下射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法 28例患者均在DSA透视下,采用前入路穿刺方法对三叉神经痛病变支行射频热凝治疗,观察临床症状缓解情况。结果 28例患者术后有效率达到96.4%(27/28),术后随访6～36个月,1例无效,1例复发,复发率为3.6%。除出现恶心、呕吐、角膜炎、面部麻木及咀嚼乏力外,无其他重大并发症发生。结论 DSA透视下射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation under DSA guidance in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Twenty-eight patients received percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for the lesions branch of trigeminal and were observed the change of symptom. Results The total effective rate was up to 96.4% （27/28）. The follow-up time was from 6 to 36 months. The recurrence rate was 3.6% with 1 patient invalid and 1 patient recurred. No other major complications occurred despite of nausea, vomiting, keratitis, facial numbness and weakness chewing. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation of primary trigeminal neuralgia under DSA guidance is a safe, effective treatment with low recurrence rate.
