摘　　要：论述了高职院校校园文化在创新人才培养中的作用和图书馆在校园文化和创新人才培养中的重要地位,提出了图书馆为校园文化建设和创新人才培养服务的具体措施。This paper expounds the functions of campus culture of higher vocational college in the cultivation of innovative talents and the important status of the library in the campus culture and the cultivation of innovative talents,and puts forward some concrete measures for the library to serve the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of innovative talents.
