摘 要:目的:确立护理学本科《临终关怀学》课程的教学内容和大纲。方法:采用Delphi法对35名专家进行3轮问卷调查。结果:3轮函询专家对《临终关怀学》课程教学大纲的积极性系数分别为100.0,97.1,85.7,专家的权威系数为0.88;3轮专家咨询后,意见趋于一致,去除了4项内容,确定掌握内容25项,熟悉内容17项,了解内容8项。结论:应用Delphi法确立护理学本科《临终关怀学》课程的教学大纲符合我国实际,具有实用性,为高校护理学本科开设《临终关怀学》课程提供参考,也可为临终关怀和肿瘤专科护士的继续教育提供借鉴。Objective: The study aimed to develop undergraduate nursing Hospice Care' Course content and outline. Method: A total of 35 nursing specialists were inquired with letter by adopting Delphi method in three rounds of questionnaire survey. Results: The positive coefficients index of 3 rounds Delphi experts were 100.0, 97.1 and 85.7, respectively. the authority of the coefficient index of the experts were 0.88. For the results, after 3 rounds of Delphi procedure, the opinion of the experts was nearly consistent, which are to remove 4 elements, and to determine the content of 25 elements to master, 17 elements to familiar with, 8 elements to understand. Conclusion: The undergraduate nursing 'hospice care' course syllabus established by Delphi method is practical and conforms to China's clinical reality. It also can provide guidance for the hospice care course of undergraduate nursing and reference for continuing education contents of the hospice and cancer nurses.
