术中内镜检查诊治Dieulafoy7例

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊剖腹探查术中胃镜检查对诊治黏膜下胃恒径动脉畸形(胃Dieulafoy)的价值。方法回顾对7例胃Dieulafoy患者急诊剖腹探查、术中胃镜检查,评价其价值。结果 7例胃Dieu-lafoy均能一次性检出病灶,术中内镜平均15 min,无一例出现术中胃肠镜检查相关并发症,所有患者手术顺利。结论术中结合胃镜检查,能提高对Dieulafoy病的检出率,且能对病灶准确定位,可提高手术的安全性和成功率。Objective This study was to evaluate the application of intraoperative endoscopy during the emergency exploratory laparotomy in thepatients with Dieulafoy＇s disease. Methods Seven patients with Dieulafoy＇s disease were examined retrospectively by intraoperative endoscopy during the emergency exploratory laparotomy and the value was assessed. Results All seven cases of a gastric Dieulafoy lesion were detected once. It took an average of 15 minutes for intraoperative endoscopy,there were no case of surgery arised inspection-related complications during gastroscopy and colonoscopy in all patients.All patients had successful surgery.Conclusion The combination of intraoperative endoscopy can improve the detection rate of Dieulafoy＇s disease and the exact location of lesions.It also can improve the safety and success rate of surgery.
