珠三角“村改居”与反城市化现象探析

摘　　要：在对珠三角一个"村改居"社区田野调查的基础上,从土地、计划生育和福利方面对城市化进程中的反城市化现象进行了讨论。研究发现,当地居民反对的并不是城市化,而是城市化对他们利益的损害。对农业和非农户籍的争夺,反映了沿海发达地区城乡关系的逆转,其实质是城市化进程中各相关群体利益博弈、协商的外在体现。On the bases of field surveys in a ＂Country to Residence＂ community in the Pearl River Delta,this paper discusses the anti-urbanization phenomenon in the process of urbanization from the aspects of land,family planning and social welfare.The study finds that local residents are opposed to the harm urbanization has brought to their interests,but not to urbanization itself.The competition for both the agricultural hukou and the non-agricultural hukou reflects a reversed relationship between urban and rural areas in the developed coastal region.Its essence is the external expression of the negotiations between interest groups in the urbanization process.
