机用镍钛根管锉预备根管后一次性根充的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察机用镍钛根管锉预备根管后一次性根充的临床疗效。方法选取2002年7月—2009年7月我院口腔内科门诊就诊的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用镍钛根管锉采用逐步深入法预备根管后进行一次性根充,对照组以手持械常规法预备根管后进行一次性根充,经过1年观察对比其疗效。结果与对照组相比,治疗组术后2周根尖周围组织反应轻,患者痛苦小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1年时疗效无统计学意义(P>0.05),二种方法对急性牙髓炎、慢性牙髓炎、牙髓坏死和慢性尖周炎均有良好的疗效。结论机用镍钛根管锉预备根管后一次性根充比手持器械预备根管省时省力且简便,使得根管治疗术一次法在临床上推广成为可能。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nickel-titanium rotary instrument after ProTaper in root canal preparation.Methods The clinical information of patients in a district hospital from 2002 to 2007 was co1lected.100 molars were prepared by Profile nickel-titanium instrument with crown-down technique in the treatment group,and by K files with step-back technique in the control group.All teeth were obturated with lateral condensation method.The efficiency of preparation and obturation was analyzed by radiographs before and after treatment for one year.Results The symptoms of Periapical Iflammation in the treatment group was more light than that in the control group,the rate of complications incidence was less than that in the control group after treatment for two weeks（P0.01）.The treatment effect of two Rx was not of significant difference（P0.05） after one year,they showed obvious effects on treatment of acute and chronic Pulpitis,Pulp Necrosis,chronic Apicitis.Conclusions Profile nickel-titanium instrument can be used for preparation of root canals effectively and quickly.Its appliance may improve the quality of obturation,Profile nickel-titanium instruments is worth wide application.
