摘  要:采用二次中心组合设计及响应面法对磷酸盐溶液提取大麦虫幼虫SOD的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,磷酸盐溶液的pH、离子强度和液固比对大麦虫幼虫SOD的提取率有显著影响,优化条件为pH 7.43,离子强度0.26 mol/L,液固比34.72,此时大麦虫幼虫SOD的比活性可达116.747 U/mg。In this paper,superoxide dismutase(SOD) was extracted with phosphate buffer from Zophobas morio.On the basis of the previous results,response surface method was adopted according to the central composite experimental design principles by Design Expert software.Response surface and contour were finally graphed with SOD specific activity as the response value.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the pH of phosphate buffer was 7.43,the ionic strength was 0.26 mol/L,the liquid-solid ratio was 34.72.Under the optimized conditions the SOD specific activity could be up to 116.747 U/mg.
