摘　　要：目的:了解重庆医科大学护生心理健康现状,提出针对性应对措施。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对150名本科高职护生的心理健康进行测试。结果:护生的总均分明显高于全国青年常模,心理障碍发生率为26.5%。结论:重庆医科大学护生存在的心理障碍高于同龄人,高职护生的心理问题较本科护生为重,故应重视和加强心理卫生知识宣传,采取有效应对措施,提高护生综合素质。Objective：To provide basis in the mental health education,learning about the mental health status of nursing students in Chongqing Medical University.Methods：Testing the mental health status of 150 nursing students through adopting serf-evaluation scale（SCL-90）.Results：The average score of the students＇ SCL-90 is obviously higher than the young＇s norm of the nationwide,whose incidence rate of mental disorder is 26.5%.Conclusion：The mental disorder of nursing students in Chongqing Medical University is more serious than which of the contemporaries.So strengthenning the propaganda of mental hygiene knowledge,adopting effective hygienic measures and improving the students＇comprehensive qualities all are necessary.
