摘　　要：简要介绍开放获取期刊的定义及产生背景,在分析开放获取对图书馆资源建设有利和不利影响的基础上,着重探讨生物医学开放获取期刊资源的利用策略,包括调整馆藏发展政策、加强OA期刊资源组织与揭示、建立OA期刊共建共享系统等方面。The paper briefly introduces the definition and background of open access journals,on the basis of analyzing its favorable and unfavorable effects on library resources construction,it focuses on discussing utilization strategies of open access journal resources, including adjusting collection developing strategy,strengthening organization and revealing of open access journal resources,establishing open access journal co -construction and sharing system,etc.
