摘  要:以新鲜豆渣为原料,以分离和提纯大豆异黄酮为目的,比较了AB-8、LSA-10、LSA-20、ADS-8等4种大孔吸附树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附性能.结果表明,4种树脂对吸附量依次减小:AB-8>LSA-10>LSA-20>ADS-8.采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对大豆异黄酮进行静态和动态吸附与解吸实验,绘制了吸附等温线、吸附动力学曲线、穿透曲线及脱附曲线,AB-8树脂固定床的吸附穿透曲线表明,高浓度样液以较低的流速通过树脂层可以提高动态吸附的吸附速率.Using fresh bean dregs as raw materials,the performance of adsorption with four macro porous resins AB-8,LSA-10,LSA-20,ADS-8 were investigated in order to separate and purify the soybean isoflavone.The results show that the adsorption efficiency of these four macro porous resins decreased in turn according to AB-8,LSA-10,LSA-20 and ADS-8,so AB-8 was most suitable absorbent.AB-8 was also selected as adsorbent in the static and dynamic adsorption experiments,and adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of soybean isoflavone by using macroporous resin AB-8 were studied in detail.It had been found that the absorption isotherms at different temperatures and the adsorption kinetics curve equations with liquid soybean isoflavone concentration and time for the parameters.When the AB-8 resin column absorbed isoflavone,better effects can be absorbed in the condition of higher concentration and lower elution rate.
