中国从粗放经济向节约经济转型下的高校人才培养模式

摘　　要：中国经济增长模式正面临由粗放型转为节约型的转型阶段,这种转变对高校人才培养模式提出了新的要求。根据社会在节约型经济模式下对人才的需求,高校人才培养的方向和模式应是开设服务专业,注重素质教育,注重课程综合化,培养具有创新能力的学生,扩大高层次人才培养的规模,根据市场导向培养人才。China＇s economic growth model is faced with the stage transforming from extensive economy to saving one, which put forward the new requirements for personnel training model of university. In accordance with the social need for talents in the saving economy model, the direction and model of personnel training in university should include the setting up of service major, the focusing on quality education and curriculum integration, the training of students with innovative ability, the expansion of the size of high-level talents and the market-oriented training of talents.
