青铜峡市2009年碘盐检测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解青铜峡市2009年居民食用加碘盐现状,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,保障全市人民食用合格碘盐及了解合格碘盐的使用率,有效预防碘缺乏病的发生。[方法]根据《全国碘盐检测方案》。对居民户的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果判定。[结果]全市碘盐覆盖率为100%,全市合格碘盐使用率99%。[结论]本地居民基本实现食用合格碘盐的目标。[Objective]To explore the status of salt dietary consumption in Qingtongxia of 2009,and timely find problems and take related measures to ensure the quality of iodine-added-salt edible in household of Qingtongxia county so as to effectively prevent iodine deficiency disorders（IDD）.[Methods]Sampling and According to the salt testing method plan,we randomly selected the iodine salt and perform detecting for them.[Results]The iodized-salt coverage rate of Suixian County was 100% and the qualified iodized-salt use rate was 99%.[Conclusion]Using qualified iodized-salt in local inhabitants has been basically realized.
