摘　　要：目的 为治疗眼底病新的给药途径拟用眼动脉终末支逆行插管导入药物提供解剖学基础。方法 对眼动脉终末支进行解剖学观测。结果 阐明了眼动脉分支类型,对手术切口、动脉支的选择及插管深度等问题作了讨论。结论 提出了采用眼动脉终末支逆行插管治疗眼底病的可行性。Objective To provide the anatomical basis for treatment of fundus diseases via injection of drugs through oophthalmic artery. Methods The anatomy of the terminal branch of the ophthalmic artery was investigated. Results The pattern of the terminal branch of the ophthalmic artery was obtained, and the possible way of ophthalmic artery catheterization was given. The incision of operation, selection of the arterial branch. depth of catheterization, adn related problems were discussed. Conclusion A new technique of fundus disease treatment was developed.
