摘　　要：总结了西妥昔单抗联合化疗治疗晚期胃肠恶性肿瘤患者不良反应的护理要点。针对56例用药后产生的不良反应进行分度比较,通过掌握此类药物的不良反应,并根据轻重程度给予不同的护理方法,所有患者均按时完成了药物治疗。【Objective】This paper summarizes the nursing strategies to adverse drug reactions in 56 advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients treated by cetuximab combined with chemotherapy.The common adverse drug reactions were graded and proper measures were taken according to the severity.All the patients completed drug treatment as scheduled.
