摘 要:[目的]探讨植物对高温的适应性机制。[方法]分别以八仙花、八角金盘、北海道黄杨和熊掌木的1年生扦插苗为试验材料,将其置于光照培养箱中进行培养,以25℃处理为对照,研究不同培养温度(30、35、40℃)下4种植物叶片丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量、相对含水量、电导率等的变化情况。[结果]随温度升高,4种植物叶片总含水量下降,电导率及丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量上升,其中含水量下降幅度依次为:熊掌木>北海道黄杨>八仙花>八角金盘,电导率上升幅度依次为:北海道黄杨>熊掌木>八角金盘>八仙花,可溶性蛋白积累量依次为:八仙花>八角金盘>北海道黄杨>熊掌木。[结论]八仙花和八角金盘的抗热性较强,北海道黄杨和熊掌木的抗热性较弱。[Objective] The purpose of the study was to discuss the adaptability mechanism of plant to high temperature.[Method] The 1-year old cutting seedlings of Hydrangea macrophylla,Fatsia japonica,Euonymus japonicus and Fatshedera lizei were used as tested materials resp.With treatment at 25 ℃ as CK,they were cultivated in irradiant incubator for studying the changes of malonaldehyde(MDA) content,soluble protein content,relative water content and conductivity in the leaves of 4 plants under different cultivation temperatures of 30,35 and 40 ℃ resp.[Result] As the temperature was increasing,the total water contents in the leaves of 4 plants were decreased and their conductivities,MDA contents and soluble protein contents were increased.The decreasing extents of their water contents were: F.lizeiE.japonicusH.macrophyllaF.japonica,the increasing extents of their conductivities were: E.japonicusF.lizeiF.japonicaH.macrophylla,the accumulation amounts of soluble protein were: H.macrophyllaF.japonicaE.japonicusF.lizei.[Conclusion] The heat resistance of H.macrophylla and F.japonica was stronger and that of Hokkaido boxwood and F.lizei was weaker.
