摘 要:[目的]探讨Cd2+对海滨木槿种子萌发及根伸长的抑制效应。[方法]以海滨木槿种子为材料,研究了不同Cd2+浓度下海滨木槿种子发芽率、发芽势及根伸长量和生物量的变化。[结果]低浓度的Cd2+能够促进海滨木槿种子萌发,但对Cd2+浓度的增加不敏感,只有较高浓度的Cd2+才可抑制种子的萌发;Cd2+对海滨木槿种子发芽的抑制效应远小于对根伸长和生物量的抑制效应;随着Cd2+浓度的升高,海滨木槿根的伸长量及生物量明显降低,且Cd2+对海滨木槿根伸长的抑制率与其浓度呈极好的正相关。[结论]该研究为海滨重金属污染土壤的植物修复提供理论依据。[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the inhibition effect of Cd2+ on the seed germination and root elongation of Hibiscus hamabo sieb et Zucc.[Method] Using the seed of H.hamabo sieb et Zucc.as material,the change of seed germination,germination energy,root elongation and total biomass of H.hamabo sieb et Zucc.under different Cd2+ concentration were studied in our paper.[Result] The results showed that the seed germination of H.hamabo sieb et Zucc.could be promoted under lower concentration of Cd2+,but it was insensitive to the increase of Cd2+ concentration,while higher concentration of Cd2+ could inhibit seed germination;the inhibition effect of Cd2+ on seed germination was far weaker than that of root elongation and total biomass;root elongation and total biomass of H.hamabo sieb et Zucc.reduced obviously with the increase of Cd2+ concentration,and there was a good positive correlation between Cd2+ concentration and its inhibition rate on the root elongation of H.hamabo sieb et Zucc.[Conclusion] Our study could provide theoretical foundation for the phytoremediation of contaminated soil by heavy metal.
