摘 要:[目的]比较不同类型烟草叶片的含梗率和解剖结构。[方法]测定了不同类型烟草(烤烟、晒红烟和白肋烟)叶片的含梗率和解剖结构。[结果]3个类型烟草叶片干、鲜重的含梗率均以白肋烟最高,晒烟次之,烤烟最低;同类型烟草叶片干、鲜重的含梗率在部位间存在差异。3个类型烟草的叶片厚度均以下部叶为最大,其中以晒烟下部叶最大。烟草类型对叶片厚度和组织结构产生影响,叶片厚度和栅栏组织厚度均为烤烟>晒烟>白肋烟。[结论]为不同类型烟草的优质栽培和工业加工提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to compare stem ratio and anatomical structure of leaves in different types of tobacco.[Method] Stem ratio and anatomical structure of leaves in different types of tobacco like flue-cured tobacco,sun-cured tobacco and burley tobacco were determined.[Result] Burley tobacco had the highest stem ratio of both fresh weight and dry weight;sun-cured tobacco took the second place;and flue-cured tobacco came next;but there was difference in the stem ratios of both fresh weight and dry weight among different parts of the same tobacco.Lower leaves in the 3 kinds of tobacco all had the largest leaf thickness,among them sun-cured tobacco was largest.Tobacco types had effects on leaf thickness and tissue structure.Both leaf thickness and tissue structure were in order of flue-cured tobacco sun-cured tobacco burley tobacco.[Conclusion] The research provides theoratical basis for high quality cultivation and industrial processing of different types of tobacco.
