精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的:检测精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117的表达情况,探讨这些标记物在该肿瘤病理诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测40例睾丸精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117的表达情况。结果:M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117阳性表达率分别为95.0%、87.5%、72.5%、67.5%和75.0%,在13例PLAP表达阴性的精原细胞瘤中M2A和AP-2γ的阳性表达率分别为84.6%和76.9%。M2A、AP-2γ表达与OCT3/4、PLAP、CD117的表达比较,差异有显著性;M2A与AP-2γ表达之间比较,差异无显著性,OCT3/4、PLAP与CD117间比较,差异也无显著性。结论:精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ高水平表达,可以作为诊断精原细胞瘤、特别是PLAP标记阴性的精原细胞瘤的免疫组化标记物,可作为鉴别诊断的有用指标。Objective To detect the expressions of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3/4, PLAP, and CD117, and to investigate the significances of these markers in pathologic diagnosis and differential diagnosis,in seminomas. Methods The expressions of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3/4, PLAP, and CDl17 in 40 cases of seminomas were investigated by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression rates of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3/4, PLAP, and CD117 were 95.0%, 87.5%, 72.5%, 67.5%, and 75%, respectively. The expression rates of M2A and AP-2γ in 13 cases of PLAP-negative seminomas were 84.6% and 76.9%, respectively. There were significant differences among the expressions of M2A, AP-23＇ and OCT3/4, PLAP, CD117, respectively. And there weren＇t significance differences between the expressions of M2A and AP-2γ, and between the expressions of OCT3/4, PLAP and CD 117, respectively. Conclusions M2A and AP-2γ are high expressed in seminomas, and may be used as immunohistochemical markers in diagnosing seminomas, especially when PLAP is negative. And may be an useful indicator for differentiating and diagnosing seminomas.
