摘　　要：目的:建立一种更加优越的空肠造瘘模型,为进一步深入研究肠内营养提供一种更好的手段。方法:设计纽扣式空肠造瘘管图样,以聚四氟乙烯和聚甲酯材料加工成该造瘘管,并定制一外径略小于造瘘管内径的双腔导管;以8条健康成年毕格犬为实验对象,行术中空肠内插管术;术后1周左右行空肠造影观察造瘘管情况。结果:术后1周左右行空肠造影证明双腔导管始终伸向空肠远端,未发现造影剂返流至十二指肠的现象,8条实验犬均未出现肠梗阻症状,且术后造瘘管体外部分均保存完好,至截稿为止,平均保存在4个月以上。结论:该模型的成功建立,旨在为将来进一步深入研究肠内营养提供一种更好的手段,可能使肠内营养的研究结果更加准确。Objective To establish a better button- typed model of jejunal fistula, and provide a better method for further investigating of enteral nutrition. Methods Designed a sketch of button- typed jejunal cannula, and then the cannula was made through lathe with teflon and polymethyl methacrylate materials.Meanwhile,we ordered a kind of double lumen catheter whose external diameter was little smaller than the internal diameter of the jejunal cannula; Eight healthy adult beagle dogs were operated with jejunal encheiresis, and about a week after the operation,jejunum- ography was operated to observe the circumstance of the cannula. Results The results of jejunum- ography indicated that double lumen catheter trended to jejunal distal end all the time, and the contrast agent did not flow back into duodenum. The all eight dogs didn＇ t had symptoms of intestinal obstruction. And the external portions of all the cannulas remain perfect. Up to we wrote this paper, all the eight dogs lived over 4 months on average. Conclusions The success of this model will possibly provide a better method for further studying enteral nutrition and make the experimental datas more accurate.
