高低杠“李娅空翻下”运动学分析

摘　　要：通过运动生物力学分析揭示了我国优秀运动员李娅创新的高低杠向后大回环后空翻转体180°接屈体前空翻转体180°下,即"李娅空翻下"运动学规律和技术特点,为我国运动员发展和完善该动作提供了理论依据和技术参考。By the methods of literature review,observation and kinematic analysis,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis on the dismounting time,location and characteristics of pivot technique of LI Ya innovative actions 180°swivel body straight back somersault,piked forward somersault twist then 180° under the trump card,in order to provide reference for young gymnasts to use and innovate the dismounting action.
