摘 要:本文将容差情况下的电阻电路故障诊断问题转化为以屏蔽激励源为未知变量,以网络元件的参数容差为已知分布的随机变量的参数估计问题,并且建立了一个非线性最小方差无偏估计量。对算法及其收敛性问题进行了详细的讨论,最后从理论上导出了在容差情况下的α—诊断判据,使得故障与容差之间的模糊性大大降低。In this paper, the problem of fault diagnosis of resistance network under the condition of tolerance is transferred into the problem of parameter estimation with screen excitation as unknown variables and with tolerance of network component parameters as random variables of known distribution. Then a nonlinear minimum variance unbiased estimator is founded. The algorithm and its convergency are discussed in detail. Finally an α-diagnosis criterion under the condition of tolerance is theoretically developed. This makes the ambiguity between fault and tolerance be decreased significantly.
