磁性分段式赝复体修复张口受限上颌骨缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌骨缺损患者应用磁性分段式赝复体修复的临床疗效。方法对修复科门诊8例上颌骨缺损病人,根据开口情况分别选择一体式中空赝复体和磁附着体连接分段式赝复体进行修复,评价患者摘戴、固位、发音和咀嚼效率等使用效果。结果使用磁性分段式赝复体可使开口受限病人提前进行修复,而且赝复体摘戴方便,固位稳定,发音得到良好的改善,美观也有一定恢复,但咀嚼效率改善不明显。结论上颌骨缺损张口受限患者,应用磁性分段式赝复体修复能达到比较满意的效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect for the patients with maxillary defects who apply the sectional obsturator joining by dental magnetic attachment.Methods According to placket circs for eight patients with maxillary defects in our faculty one group,integrative hollow obturator and the other the sectional obsturator joining by dental magnetic attachment was used.They were evaluated such as wearing、immobility、pronounciation and mastication efficiency and so on.Results The sectional obsturator joining by dental magnetic attachment can make the patients with maxillary defects and placket restrained to rehabilitate ahead and wearing the obsturator change easily and stability、pronounce can improve、looking resumed a lot,but mastication efficiency is not much ameliorate.Conclusion To apply the sectional obsturator joining by dental magnetic attachment for the patients with maxillary defects and placket restricted can achieve perfect effect.
