摘　　要：难治性呼吸道感染是当今临床医学的一大难题,其特点是疗程长、治疗效果差、死亡率高。我们通过应用双套管毛刷经纤维支气管镜取痰,提高了致病菌检查的阳性率及临床治疗效果,本文就临床及护理两方面对此做出阐述。The difficult-to-treat respiratory infection is a difficult problem in clinical medicine nowadays due to its long treating course,poor therapeutic efficacy and high mortality.We used a double-tube brush to collect muscus for fibrobronchoscope and the positive rate for detecting the pathogens and clinical therapeutic efficacy were promoted.In this paper,the authors analyzed the effect of the brush from two angles of clinical practice and nursing.
