摘　　要：随着社会竞争的不断加剧,个人价值提升的重要性日益彰显。本文重点讨论了新环境下,个人创新能力、学习能力和自制能力等价值对于个人价值的重要性,并对如何促进个人自我升值做了初步探讨。With the increasing competition in the community, importance of personal values highlight is enhancing. This article focuses on the new environment, personal capacity for innovation, learning ability and self-control to the importance of personal values, as well as how to promote the appreciation of individual self has done a preliminary exploration.
