摘　　要：理工类高校教师不仅要有扎实精深的专业知识,更要学习了解我国的优秀传统文化,努力提高自己的人文素养,只有这样才能与高校教师的使命相符。高校教师不仅担负着培养高级专门人才的任务,还对国家科学技术水平和社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设产生重要影响[1]。Teachers of the university of science and technology should not only have profound professional knowledge,but also learn about the outstanding Chinese traditional culture and make every effort to improve their humanistic qualities.Only in this way can the university teachers accomplish their mission.It is to say,the university teachers not only shoulder the responsibilities of developing high-quality special talents,but also have great influence on the level of national science and technology and the material and spiritual civilization of society.
