摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济水平的飞速提升,社会保障水平也有了显著的提高。但是在发展过程中也出现了某些领域滞后、发展不完善的情况。大学生医疗保障被称之为"遗忘的领域",是其中比较有代表性的方面。大学生作为完全消费者,在医疗保障方面是弱势群体,高额的参保费用、复杂繁琐的参保程序,都是制约大学生医疗保障发展的主要问题。解决大学生医疗保障不完善的问题,成为大学生社会保障工作的重点。College as a full consumer protection in health care for vulnerable groups,high insurance costs,complex and cumbersome enrollment process,students are restricted the development of health care a major issue.Students how to solve the problem of inadequate health care,social security work to become the focus of college students.
