大学生自我监控与人际交往能力的关系研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对大学生人际交往和自我监控状况及相关关系进行了分析和讨论,并明确了自我监控中哪些维度影响人际交往。本研究得出以下结论:(1)南阳理工学院大学生人际交往能力不理想。(2)大学生人际交往能力总体水平受生源、年级的差异影响。(3)大学生的自我监控总体水平较高。(4)大学生的自我监控总体水平及外向维度与人际交往总体水平均存在显著的正相关。(5)自我监控中的外向维度对人际交往能力有显著的预测作用。This study analyzed and discussed interpersonal skill and selfmonitoring conditions of college students and the relationship between them by questionnaire survey. This study concluded that： （1）The interpersonal skills of Nanyang Polytechnic students is not satisfactory. （2）The overall level of interpersonal skills of students was affected by grades and souse of students. （3）The overall level of self-monitoring of students is higher. （4）The overall level of self-monitoring and outward dimensions have significant positive correlation with the overall level of interpersonal skill. （5）The outward dimensions of self-monitoring has significant predictor on the interpersonal skills.
