美沙拉嗪联合注射用丹参冻干粉治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察美沙拉嗪联合注射用丹参冻干粉治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。方法符合纳入标准的患者被随机分到联注射用丹参冻干粉试验组(试验组)和西药常规试验组(对照组)。治疗结束后,观察两组治疗效果。结果联合活血化瘀药物试验组总有效率为95.69%,黏膜病变有效率为93.96%;对照组分别为90.60%和89.74%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用活血化瘀药物能提高溃疡性结肠炎疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Mesalazine and Danshen Lyophilized Powder for injection on ulcerative colitis patients.Methods The patients were classified into two groups.One group（control group）accept the conventional therapy,Danshen Lyophilized Powder for Injection was used on the basis of the conventional therapy on the other group（treatment group）.After being treated,the therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results The effective power of treatment group was 95.69%,the effective power of mucosa affection was 93.96%,and the control group were 90.60% and 89.74%,the difference between them were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Danshen Lyophilized Powder for injection can increase the therapeutic efficacy of ulcerative colitis patients.
