我国国家队残疾乒乓球运动员意志品质测评

摘　　要：在2012年伦敦残疾人奥运会前,与国家残疾乒乓球队的心理教练合作,采用《优秀运动员意志品质量表》对我国即将参加奥运会的国家队残疾乒乓球队员的意志品质进行测查。对数据进行t检验、多因素方差分析、单因素方差分析、多重比较分析及Pearson相关分析,结果表明:男残疾乒乓球运动员除坚韧性略高于女残疾乒乓球运动员外,其余4项均略低于女残疾乒乓球运动员;冠军运动员自觉性、果断性、主动性意志品质平均水平略高于非冠军运动员,而自制性、坚韧性却略低于非冠军运动员;年龄、训练年限、残疾类别、组别、是否冠军等特征对残疾乒乓球运动员在意志品质各维度的相关均无显著性,而性别特征与坚韧性相关显著;长期从事大强度训练的运动员高于短期从事专业训练运动员的意志水平,且差异显著。Before 2012 London Paralympics,will quality was adopted with the Excellent Athlete Will Quality Scale with the mental disability coach of national table tennis team.And the date was analyzed by T-test,multivariate ANOVA,one-way ANOVA,multiple comparisons and pearson correlation analysis.The possible reasons were discussed and analyzed from the two different angles of mass health-building and sports respectively.The result showed： the fortitude of will quality of the male disabled ping-pong players was slightly higher than that of the female,other terms of which were slightly lower than that of the female;consciousness,resolution,initiative of will quality of champion athletes was slightly higher than that of non-champion athletes,but resolution and self-control slightly lower than that of non-champion athletes;Age,training time,disabled category,team,champion and non-champion characteristics had little correlation with five elements of will quality,but sex characteristic had significant correlation with fortitude.The level of will quality of athletes who take part in training for a long time are higher than those of short-time training.
