我国学生体质发展南北差异动态变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:动态了解全国学生体质发展的南北差距与变化特征。方法:对2005年全国各个省区体质调研数据,采用加权平均值法进行南北方合并。主要研究结果:北方学生身高、体重和胸围生长水平在1985年和2005年均高于南方同龄学生(P<0.05或P<0.01),近20年南方学生身高增幅大于北方,北方学生体重和胸围增幅高于南方;1985年北方学生肺活量高于南方,2005年南方学生肺活量高于北方,近20年全国学生肺活量全面下降且北方学生下降速度快于南方;1985年与2005年全国南北方学生身体素质发展极不均衡,近20年全国学生斜身引体以及南方学生立定跳远和仰卧起坐全面提高,耐力跑南北方学生全面下降,其他项目在7～18岁年龄段有增有降发展极不稳定。结论:①北方学生形态发育持续高于南方学生,身高南北差距缩小,体重和胸围南北差距拉大;②南北方学生肺活量发展波动大,北方学生肺活量发展"前高后低",南方学生肺活量发展"前低后高",全国南北方学生肺活量呈"波浪式"发展趋势;③南北方学生身体素质发展的特征不明显,相比之下南方学生部分身体素质的提高幅度较大或下降速度较慢。This thesis probes into the difference and variation characteristics of the physique development of the students from north and south in China.After the analysis of various research data,it comes to the following conclusions.1）The morphological development of students from the north is better than that of students from the south.The students＇ height difference between south and north is decreasing,while the difference of the weight and chest circumference is increasing.2）The vital capacity of the students from both the south and north is developing in a wave mode.3）The characteristics of the physique development of students from both the north and south are not significant.And comparatively the physique improvement of some students from the south are better than that of the students from the north.
