摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌患者术前抑郁、焦虑症状的发生情况及抑郁、焦虑对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:选择40例宫颈癌手术前患者作为实验组,同期40例健康者作为对照组,分别于术前3天,填写抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行心理测评,同时采集外周静脉抗凝血测T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。结果:实验组与对照组相比,其SDS和SAS心理测评得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明宫颈癌患者存在焦虑、抑郁负性情绪。T细胞亚群指标CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值平均值均低于对照组,CD8+值高于对照组健康人群,其中两组CD3+、CD4+平均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明免疫功能与情绪得分呈显著负相关。结论:宫颈癌患者存在焦虑、抑郁情绪,且不良情绪与免疫功能呈负相关,对其进行有针对性的干预非常必要。Objective：To explore the occurrences of preoperative depression and anxiety and their effects on immune function of patients with cervical cancer. Methods：40 patients with cervical cancer before operation were selected as experimental group,40 healthy women at the same period were selected as control group,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） were used for psychological assessment at 3 days before operation,anticoagulant blood samples were obtained from peripheral veins to detect the levels of subgroups of T lymphocytes. Results：The scores of SDS and SAS in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）,which indicated that the patients with cervical cancer had negative emotions including anxiety and depression.The average values of CD3＋,CD4＋ and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the value of CD8＋ was higher than that in control group,and there was significant difference in average values of CD3＋ and CD4＋（P〈0.05）,which showed that there was a significant negative correlation between immune function and scores of negative emotions. Conclusion：The patients with cervical cancer have negative emotions including anxiety and depression,and there is a significant negative correlation between negative emotions and immune function,it is necessary to carry out targeted interventions
