真对数放大器SBM064在雷达中频接收机中的应用

摘　　要：SBM064是中电24所生产的真对数放大器。它有20 MHz～30 MHz的输入带宽,开环电压增益大于90 dB,输入电压为3μV～90 mV,输出电压为10 mV～350 mV,对数精度小于1 dB。其具有体积小、功耗低、精度高的特点。文中介绍了SBM064的主要特点以及典型应用电路,在此基础上,给出了一个SBM064在雷达中频接收机中的应用实例。The SBM064 logarithmic amplifier is produced by the 24th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.The features of chip are small size,low power consumption and high accuracy.The chip operates from 20 MHz to 30 MHz,to 90dB of open loop Voltage gain,3 μV～90 mV of input Voltage,10 mV～350 mV of output Voltage,1 dB of logarithmic accuracy.This paper introduces the main character of the SBM064 and the typical application circuit.Then it gives an example of SBM064 using in the experimental system of Radar IF Receiver.
