肺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平与预后及血小板的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及与预后及血小板的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对60例肺癌患者及20例健康人的血清VEGF分别进行测定,同时检测患者全血血小板(PLT)含量。结果肺癌患者血清VEGF水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与肺癌的病理类型、TNM分期之间无明显关系。肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与其生存期之间呈显著的负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.01),肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与血小板之间呈显著的正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与患者的预后密切相关,血清VEGF是评估肺癌患者预后的重要指标。肺癌患者血清VEGF水平与PLT水平密切相关,血小板在肿瘤血管形成的过程中可能起重要的作用。Objective To investigate the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with lung cancer and to explore the relationship between the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor on prognosis and platelet. Methods The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor were measured in sixty patients with lung cancer and twenty normal controls by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay, the platelet counts were measured. Results The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controis. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with lung cancer were not related to histological classification, P- TNM. There was negative correlation between the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with lung cancer and survival （r= -0.38, P 〈 0.01 ） , the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor positively correlated to platelet counts （ r = 0.26, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There was significantly correlation between the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with lung cancer and prognosis, the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor may be a reliable predictor for prognosis. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor also correlated with platelet counts. Platelet plays an important role in the angiogenesis of lung cancer.
